Here are somethings to do when you feel so distracted, and how we can get our fight back and get back on focus and on task and get realigned. And so we're going to try to help you start eliminating some of those energy drainers have distractions. So first of all, let's start off with what is a distraction. Also distraction could be an extreme agitation of the mind. And distraction is a diversion of attention of an individual, or possibly a group from the chosen object of attention on the source of distraction. Now, distraction is caused by one of the following lack of the ability to pay attention, lack of interest in the object of attention, which kind of leads to being bored or it could be a lack of interest in the object of attention. Some of us, we're just not interested in what people have to say, or we're not interested in what our employer has to say, and you become distracted, a greater interest in something other than the object of attention. Or you may have great intensity, novelty or attractiveness of something other than the object of attention. You know, you could also have an internal source like an emotion, maybe some daydreams or a physical urge. Because divided attention as in multitasking could also be considered as you know, distraction in situations that are requiring full attention on a single object. And that's what distraction can end up ultimately developing as we continue to put things off, over and over again, because we're always constantly being distracted.
We will become what we imagined whether that image is positive, or negative. If we think we are failures, we will be we have to deal with our imagination and get it to line up with a better opinion of ourselves. So distractions as a whole are a huge drainer.
